The host was somewhere out in back and left us waiting for at least 4 minutes, which is really a long time. There were only 4 tables in the whole place. He finally came out and didnβt even apologize for the wait. Then our server was seated with another party and left us waiting again. The bread was stale, the apples were brown. Overall maybe mediocre. There are too many places to go. I let a message with the mgr. Randall Brown to give him feedback and he never even called back!! Go somewhere else and spend your money!

We had a great overall experience at The Melting Pot. It was a perfect spot for a family outing, everyone had a really good time and enjoyed the unique fondue style dining. The food was very good across the board, and the atmosphere made it feel like a special occasion. Service was also a highlight. Alexandra, our waitress, provided excellent customer service attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. There was a small mistake with a coffee order, but it was quickly corrected, which we appreciated and shows the team cares about the customer experience. Overall, a very enjoyable visit. We would definitely come back again.

If you have never been to a fondue restaurant I highly recommend you try it. Our waitress was Antoinette was very patient with us explaining everything, our choices, what to expect and how to do it. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. I will say it was a little expensive but we'll worth it.

I came here on a Monday afternoon for a nice dinner. It did not disappoint. The place wasnβt busy and we were one of the three tables there. We got seated right away due being at the location right when they opened. Sometimes on weekdays it can get crowded so be aware of this. The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice. Our server was attentive and also explained the whole process of making the funding in front of us for both the cheese and chocolate. This place should be on the list for βhaving to try onceβ especially if you are a cheese lover. Melting pot does offer a four course dining, but you could just go to get one of the fondues. When we went we got the cheese fondue and chocolate fondue.

It was a Great experience. My hubby made reservations which I believe are needed. We went for a Anniversary. First time doing a fondue. Place was nice and mellow lights low. Our waitress name was Alex and she was absolutely great. She explained everything on the menu for the most part there so much. Gave a suggestions and answered any questions that I had. Cuz there are different cheeses, different entrees , different chocolates. She was Awesome. We could get refills on some things if we needed any. We had the dinner for two. And it was just enough food to make us full. My drink was just right. Plan be there for at an hour if not 2 . they do not rush food they wait till you're actually done with your courses before bringing out the next. Definitely would go back for a special occasion and to try some other things. 1 of my top places I've been.
